Pumpkin Masala Chai Latte


Let's make some pumpkin spiced latte! 


You will need..

1-2 tbsp                     Pumpkin purée

1 ounce (approx.)      Masala chai concentrate 

1 tsp                          Sweetener (maple syrup/honey/sugar etc.)

Fill to top*                  Steam milk or hot/warm milk

Here I used roasted pumpkin, so the colour is a bit 'char'. I pressed it through a strainer to make the purée. You can use a food processor to achieve even smoother texture.

Add in masala chai concentrate and sweetener, mix well.

 (You can make chai concentrate by brewing a half cup of masala chai, and then boil it down to a more concentrated liquid.)

Finally, add your choice of milk and garnish with some cinnamon powder or a cinnamon stick to make it fancy ;)
