Hearty masala chai, or 'spiced tea' is best served with milk and honey. It is not only healthy, but also aromatic and delicious!
Direction - For milder tea, pour in boiling water until half way in a cup with one tea bag and steep for 7-10 mins. Add your favourite choice of milk and sweetener to enjoy. For stronger taste, cook the tea in a small pot for 10 mins, transfer it to a cup, add your choice of milk and sweetener and enjoy.
Ingredients: Cardamom, star anise, clove, ginger powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder & black tea.
